  • What's Next?

  • Completing this form does not remove animal rent from your account. Please also note that if you are removing your animal mid-month, charges will not be prorated. If you already removed the animal and already paid animal fees, they will not be reimbursed.

    Once we have a fully-excecuted animal removal addendum, we will remove animal rent from your account. 

    Per your lease, if the animal is found in your unit after they have been removed, you will be served a 3-day Comply or Vacate and be fined $550. 

  • Completing this form does not authorize you to bring your animal into your home.

    You are not allowed to bring the animal into your unit until they have been officially added to your lease. They are offically added to your lease once all fees have been paid and we have a fully excecuted animal addendum. 

    Per your lease, if you bring your animal home before we have a fully excecuted animal addendum, you will be served a 3-day Comply or Vacate and be fined $550. 

    Once you have completed this form, you will need to fill out a pet screening profile found at https://maxx.petscreening.com/ (for each animal). 

    You will need to notify MAXX PM once your petscreening has been FINALIZED then we will review it. If approved we will then we will then add all the fees to your online tenant portal and send you the animal addition addendum. 

    ***Pet screening is their own separate entity. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for them to finalize your pet profile.***

    Once all fees have been paid and all tenants/cosigners have signed the addendum, we will then excecute the addendum and you can bring your animal home! 

    • Non-Refundable Fees  

    • Animal Removal Fees:

      • $75 Lease Change fee to Remove the Animal From the Lease

      • $50 to Inspect Your Home to Ensure the Animal Has Been Removed (unless you have proof of euthanasia)

      If we process a lease change request and the addendum does not get signed within 48 hours, the addendum will be cancelled and the lease change fee will not be refunded.

      If your animal is an ESA, you will not be charged these fees.

    • Animal Addition Fees:

      • $75 Lease Change Fee
      • $250 Initial Animal Fee 
      • Prorated Animal Rent 
        • $50 if under 50lbs
        • $75 if 50lbs+
        • $25 for small caged animals 
      • $65-75 DNA Testing (if applicable, see below)

      If we process a lease change request and the addendum does not get signed within 48 hours, the addendum will be cancelled and the lease change fee will not be refunded.

       

      If your animal is an ESA, you will not be charged these fees.
