    Please read the following information thoroughly before starting the tenant addition process and make sure all tenants and co-signers are on the same page.

  • If you would like to add a tenant to your lease contract, please follow the steps below.


    Step 1:

    Please have the person who wants to be added to your lease to apply using this link: https://is.gd/SczT8M

    Please make sure they list you as a co-tenant so we know to link them with your unit.

    There is a $50 non-refundable application fee, and it can take up to 7 business days to hear whether you were approved or not. 

    Step 2: 

    Once the application gets approved, we will send out an addendum to have them added to the lease contract that all tenants and cosigners must sign. We will also add a $150 lease change fee to your tenant portal which will need to be paid within 24 hours of sending out the addendum.

    Once everything has been signed and paid, we will sign and execute the addendum to make it official.  

     

    Additional Information: 

    • The person that applies will have their addition processed ONLY after the $150 fee has been paid. If they end up backing out or not signing, the $150 fee will NOT be refunded. This fee will be charged every time we process a tenant addition/removal.

     

    • MAKE SURE ALL TENANTS AGREE TO THE CHANGE OF LEASE BEFORE SOMEONE APPLIES & THAT THE APPLICANTS WILL FOLLOW THROUGH IF THEY ARE APPROVED. Doing this will help expedite the process and guard against any fees being paid for no reason because if all individuals do not agree to the tenant addition then the document will not be executed and the fee will not be refunded.

     

    • If the new applicant credit score were to bring the group of tenants average credit score below 650 an additional deposit may be requested. 

     

    • Once we have received the application from the tenant wanting to be added to the lease, we must then conduct an analysis of the new person and current tenants for a combined household approval. The household (meaning the original tenant plus the tenant wanting to be added) must meet all the requirements which are stated in our Rental Qualifications and can be found on our site www.maxxpm.com.

     

    • If we process a lease change request and the addendum does not get signed within 48 hours, the addendum will be cancelled and the lease change fee will not be refunded.

     

  • Should be Empty:
